- We have launched a decentralized strategy. Nevertheless, we serve you as before and our staff can be reached by phone, email or another electronic channel.
- We follow the authorities' instructions when it comes to visits to our offices. We have limited the number of visits, but the business can continue in a controlled way. We have canceled customer events and training.
- Our service, installation and customer service teams are decentralized to prevent all team members from being in the same room at the same time. This is to minimize the risk of the virus spreading.
- At construction sites, we operate according to the guidelines provided by the on-site management and office employees are divided into groups of teleworkers and those who are present at the office.
Pick-ups and deliveries related to our business will continue as normal. Due to the epidemic, some products may have longer delivery times. Our sales staff have information about product availability.
Most of all, we want to protect the health of our staff and our partners. For the above reasons, all trips abroad have been canceled and only the most important domestic trips are made. With teleworking and dividing into groups, we strive to prevent the spread of the virus. We have also paid special attention to preventative measures such as regular disinfection of our offices. Our staff regularly receive information and instructions for the prevention of infections and if infections will occur.
